About Bridget
Hi, I’m Bridget.
Winner: Top Pre & Postnatal Trainer in NSW
I was a professional ballet dancer until injuries ended my career in 2015. That’s how I found Pilates, and it changed everything: how I moved, how I thought about my body, and what I wanted to do with my life. It made me stronger, more determined and a lot more grounded, and I’ve been passing it on ever since.
These days I’m a Pilates instructor and strength coach with more than ten years of coaching behind me. I’ve worked with complete beginners, athletes, sore backs, perimenopause, and more pregnant and postnatal women than I can count. That last group is the work I love most (and it’s nice to have an award that says I’m not bad at it).
I’m not here to sell you a six-week transformation. I care about you moving well in thirty years, not just looking good this month. My sessions are down to earth, detailed and high energy, with plenty of encouragement and a fair bit of banter. I’ll push you, but I’ll always tell you why.
I’m also a bit of a nerd about it. I’m always studying (right now it’s APPI Pilates for women’s health: endometriosis, pelvic floor and menopause), so what we do is based on current research, not whatever’s trending this week.
You’ll find me coaching 1:1 at Omnia Movement in Manly and in people’s homes around Cremorne and Manly, writing programs for clients all over the world, and filming classes for the Kala App. Kala means anything is possible, and I really do believe it.
“I’m not asking for perfection, just presence and consistency.”

How I coach
Every session blends three things: strength training with proper load, Pilates for control, core and breath, and mobility so it all keeps moving well. The mix changes depending on you, your body and what you’re working towards.
We start with a chat and a look at how you move, then build from there. You’ll always know why you’re doing something and how it should feel.
